Mr Pakarian MD FRCOG is a consultant Gynaecologist at Worthing and Southlands NHS trust. He Practices privately at the Montefiore hospital, Goring Hall hospital and the Lister hospital (London). He also sees patients from all over the Sussex region.
Mr Pakarian trained at Leicester Medical School and carried out most of his training at St Thomas' Medical School and Oxford. He worked as a research fellow at St Thomas' Hospital studying the transmission of papilloma viruses from mother to the baby. He has published numerous papers and abstracts in leading journals and invited to speak at international meetings.
Mr Pakarian has a special interest in pelvic floor surgery, incontinence and minimal access surgery. He is also an accredited Colposcopist with the British Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology.
Mr Pakarian has also had press coverage (Daily Mail and Daily Telegraph) with his management of women with heavy painful periods. Mr Pakarian has also been invited to write for the 'Embarrassing Body', as in the Channel 4 magazine.
